MedicallPack provides comprehensive health solutions in Mazatlán, Sinaloa, including but not limited to:
Medical Consultations: In-clinic care and 24-hour home or hotel visits.
Specialized Therapies: IV Therapies, PRP, and Stem Cell applications under supervised protocols.
Medical Logistics: Scheduled and emergency transfers via fully equipped ambulances or medical vans.
Pharmacy Services: Dispensing and home delivery of certified medications.
Nursing and Equipment: Medical equipment rentals and nursing services for specified periods.
2. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user agrees to provide truthful, complete, and updated information regarding their health status, medical history, and allergies prior to receiving any care system or treatment. MedicallPack is not liable for complications arising from the omission or inaccuracy of information provided by the patient.
3. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND PAYMENTS
Bookings: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, the MedicallPack App, or WhatsApp.
Cancellations: A minimum notice of 4 hours is required for cancellations without charge. Otherwise, MedicallPack reserves the right to apply an administrative fee.
Payments: All services must be paid at the time of care unless a prior agreement exists with international insurance companies or medical tourism packages.
4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

While MedicallPack features a team of certified professionals, the information presented does not substitute for a personalized clinical diagnosis.
